What potato chips go well with Tapatio Hot Sauce?!

The better the chip, the better it will be with Tapatio. Top shelf would be homemade. Then you have gourmet chips. I don't know much about those. Kettle chips may or may not be in that category, I really don't know.

I would say that Lay's would be too thin and crisp, and the salt wouldn't complement the subtle heat of the Tapatio. Although, a Ruffles or Wavy Lays may be just the thing to trap the sauce in their ridges.

Pringles aren't really potato chips, but they would also go great with hot sauce.

Better yet, get some beans and tortilla chips.
