Steak, shrimp, and that powdered Parmesan cheese stuff. Or you could use the real thing... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parmigiano-… which is a much better option. It doesn't fry as well as the powdered stuff, but that's OK.
Now, where is it that you are putting the cheese? Your question isn't clear. Are you making streak with parmesan crusted shrimp? Or crusting the steak? Or both?
