Lasagne

Lasagne. Easy. Unexpected. Never seen a guy that didn't like it. Serve w/ garlic bread and a salad (both of which you can pick up at the grocery store and serve on your own stuff, cute -- stop by Dollar Tree and see what they have). Remember the drink. And napkins. Utensils (silver or plasticware).

Baked omelette. Also easy. Serve w/ sausage and biscuits, maybe orange juice / coffee, tea / milk. Maybe strawberries on the side.

Please don't be offended! You sound like you haven't done this before.

buy a cooked chicken// bake some vegies /ie potatoes pumpkin or similar make a gravy and put some frozen peas in the gravy after it has thickned * then when he arrives put it all in the microwave and heat it all up at once ** he might fall in love with you a little bit more * chow*

How about a deep dish quiche? You could call it "Quiche Me Quick"!

The Food Network site has 64 quiche recipes to choose from:

MEATLOAF! i know it sounds crazy but im sure you would get points for originality. my husband would rather that and some mashed potatoes than a heart shaped cookie or cake.

Make a heart shaped cake and use pink frosting and red sprinkles. And then if you have time, look around for a candle that says something related to valentines day

HE WILL LOVE IT!

Cookies!! Or one giant cookie! Everyone loves cookies and they are a classic :D or a heart shaped red velvet cake yumm :)

My mom cooks/bakes alot
