yellow for taste
Just go for egg yolk because it has more nutrition and if eaten in moderation does not lead to bad cholesterol,the egg white is basically water and proteins!

i would choose the yellow part ------only if fried ---------if boiled i would choose the white part

Please mention that U R a fat or thin person,so that recommendation could be written. If U R fat.please avoid yellow........if U R thin U can have both,it does not matter.
