Can you make powdered milo with cold milk?!
I want to make cold milo in the powder form is it okay if i use 4tbs of milo into a mug of cold milk

Yes, of course. I'm pretty sure it even says it on the tin. I always have cold milos. They're good :)
I do but first dissolve it in a bit of hot water to make it more mixable, if you do not you get clumps of powder, I have even taken load of it, put it in a jar, added hot or boiling water and made a syrup, keep in the frig and just pour into a cup or mug and ad the cold milk, I prefer it hot, I started using it in Singapore, but it is very popular in Jamaica to where I worked as chef.
