Question: Can I freeze pineapple upside down cake?

Just me and him at home now so a normal size cake is too much so I would like to freeze what's left for another day.

Hi I don't see why you wouldn't be able to freeze a pineapple upside down cake. Just make sure that you wrap it really well in several layers of plastic wrap. Sounds really good as a warm dessert with cream. I will have to give that try!
