According to the Steiner people all artificial vitamins are useless, the body does not accept them. Real vitamins gotta be organic. Find them in organic food.

I've heard "Vitamin Water makes you fat!" but of course there is a lack of common sense when it comes to life. So many people overindulge. The truth is a 20 ounce bottle of VitaminWater only contains about 125 calories, which is a heck of a lot less when compared to a regular soda of any flavor. Not only is it a much smarter choice, Calorie-wise, it has vitamins. Another thing about Vitamin Water which is very different from most "Sports Drinks" on the market is that it lacks sodium.

All in all, I feel it is a great product that is much more paletable than a diet soda, for those people out there, that cannot stand the taste of sugar substitutes in their drinks. Yes, I probably would gain weight, if Vitamin water was all I ever drank, and I sat on my lazy butt all day and ate other not-so-good things but if you pair it up with healthy meals, excersize, and of course, plenty of plain water (Smart Water is one of my favorite ways to hydrate besides Vitamin Water.) to go along with the yumminess of it all.

For a time last year, I began dieting, and instead of grabbing my usual soda, I started tossing a couple of Bottles of Water along with a Vitamin Water into my backpack. There wasn't really much exercize involved, but I definitely lost weight, and gained more energy.

It settles at the bottom of your glass when you mix it and the last 2-3 ounces are concentrated. It tastes just like ocean water without the salt (i.e. watered down dolphin and whale defecation).
