Question: OUT WITH the old in with your NEW RECIPE! chicken quarters?
PLEASE NO recipes for:
chicken and dumplings,chicken spaghetti, fried chicken, baked chicken or bbq chicken or chicken soup.....
I would like to try your tried and true and NEW to me recipes.

Here is what I have to make a dish.....:
Chicken Leg Quarters (leg and thigh)
Pasta
Canned Tomatoes (various)
Velveeta cheese
Broccoli or Lima beans
ALOT of spices, onions, garlic, green peppers, oil, etc.

I do have the basics, as milk, eggs, salt pepper, etc and various other things in my pantry....HELP PLS!!! TY

There is so much more you can do with chicken and so many recipes online today it would take a long try to try them all there is piccata chicken, provencal chicken ,chicken scallopini lemon chicken, lemon chicken scallopini chicken parmesan ( love it smothered in good tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese) cheesy chicken roll ups or chicken roll ups chicken cacciatore , chicken marsala,angel chicken pasta ( delicious simple & easy made with cream cheese butter italian dressing and chicken broth) recipe at allrecipes.com) also green olive chicken 2 also at allrecipes com chicken stew chicken enchiladas,chicken and corn chowder,chicken casseroles chicken salad I like to marinate my chicken legs in lemon juice fresh garlic or garlic powder salt & pepper to taste,oil,a little bit of vinegar some oregano & basil stick all over with a fork put in plastic bag refrigerate a couple of hours then grill or bake then broil so good and so tender there are hundreds of great chicken recipes at cooks.com you can use chicken legs and thighs for most of them You can also grind the meat or mince it and make chicken meatballs and chicken meatloaf. chicken patties my favorite recipe sites are allrecipes.com and cooks,com also kraftfoods.com you can go to these sites and type in chicken legs in the ingredients box you will be amazed
