As long as you use 100% whole wheat bread, and use natural peanut butter. Jif natural peanut butter is really good and doesn't require any stirring. Try to use jelly with lower sugar, but I would avoid any jellies with artificial sweeteners because they are controversial.

Peanut butter has good protein and can actually help you lose weight and Jelly is low on calories and has a good source sugar, depending on what brand you buy. Peanut butter and jelly with wheat bread is a good choice because of the peanut butter having good protein , the weight bread having fiber and other vitamins and mineral and the jelly just having sugar and low calories and for people whose trying to lose weight and for people who would like to add some Sugar to their diet once and a while.

Peanut Butter is a great source of protein but you may want to try to buy organic or natural peanut butter as it contains less sugar than the name brands. Since you are going easy on the jelly and eating whole grain bread you are certainly on the right track!

Yeah, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are good for you. It also sort of depends on what time of peanut butter and jelly you buy.

it is actually. that's all I used to like as a kid and my doctor told my mom that it was fine.

Yes. But try not to put too much jelly on. It's very sugary. The whole grain is very good for you though :)
