Creative ideas for an edible car?!

Question: Creative ideas for an edible car?
I need some creative and new ideas for an edible car. Please don't give me the usual ideas like rice krispy treats, a loaf of bread, banana, cucumber, or celery. I want my edible car to be....BAM! So please give me some ideas for the body, wheels, and other things to make it look cool. Thanks :)

You want that car to be bam?.....then take a big chunk of cake and start carving. If you start gluing cookies and candies to it you are going to end up with a cake that looks like a gingerbread house. Carving is the only way to go. When I start carving I first take a cutout of how I want the basic shape to be...I hold it up against the cake and cut that shape out...then you start carving away at the cake until you have most of the shape. The rest of the detail shaping is done with the icing. I personally like using buttercream, because I think you can sculpt it into more detailed shapes than you can ever get from fondant. Fondant leaves a nice clean line though and for a car that would be important. For that final finish on the car you can paint it with an edible varnish to give it the fresh paint look. An airbrush is almost a necessity when doing sculpting work.

Here is a dvd done by Mike's Amazing Cakes of how to do a sculpted car cake.
