leave them in the cupcake pan to cool before taking them out after they are done baking, you know the way you do a cake? Or do you only do it on a cake so that it wont stick to the pan or break if you try and remove it too early?
**using cup cake liners: does it matter if you take them out of the pan as soon as you take them out of the oven. And place them on a cooling rack to cool?

Answers:
Allow them to cool for 5 minutes in the pan. This lets the inside set up solid. If not, they could collapse.
If you are using liners you can remove them from the pan at any time. If not using liners, allow to cool about 10 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
yes . because if yup don't it will break and the cupcakes will not be cupcakes anymore
