Just read the one on the Nestle's package, it's the best. Talk about tried and true!!!!

Blimey...I'm making some right now in England...here you go:

Chocolate Chip Biscuits

350g plain flour
1 t bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
225g butter
175g sugar
175g brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
300g chocolate chips

1 Preheat oven to 190°c
2 Weigh out flour in a bowl and add baking soda and salt
3 In a Kenwood mixer cream butter, sugars and vanilla
4 Beat in eggs
5 Gradually beat in flour mixture
6 Stir in chocolate chips
7 Mix everything well
8 Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and lay on tray with 3" of space in between--they spread
9 Bake for 9-11mins or until golden

OK I AM GOING TO TYPE THIS IN CAPS LOCK BECAUSE I AM A TEEN GIRL WHO LOVES TO BAKE AND IS VERY VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT MY COOKIES HAHA! OK HERE IS MY FAVORITE RECIPE OF ALL TIME:

DIRECTIONS:
1)PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
2)GATHER A BOX OF CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE MIX, 2 EGGS, 1/3CUP OIL AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS/CHUNKS.
3) COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
4)LIGHTLY GREASE A COOKIE SHEET AND PLACE BALLS OF ABOUT 2TB 2 INCHES APART.
5)BAKE FOR 8-10 MINS
6)COOL AND ENJOY!!!!!!!!

OH AND REMEMBER YOU DON'T NEED TO ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS THAT IS ON THE BACK OF THE CAKE MIX BOX, YOU JUST NEED WHAT I LISTED.

I LOVE COOOOOOOOOOOOOKIES
