A salad of your choice or sauteed green beans with olive oil n Mrs. Dash seasonings.
Bake the tenders or at least fry them in Olive Oil rather than vegetable oil. Add any green vegetable (salad, broccoli, pea pods) and a complex carbohydrate like brown rice or sweet potato.

Broccoli is a great dinner side. it is high in protein, fiber, and many vitamins. Also it is super low in fat. I like to cut it up and just throw it in the oven with a little salt, pepper, and olive oil!
To make it healthy , start by not frying the tenders in oil but bake them in an oven. Add a nice Caesars Salad to the plate.
If you want to make it healthy bake the chicken instead of frying it. Bake your own sweet potato fries and have a fresh salad or some steamed vegetables
