Question: Does anyone know the ingredients in General Tso's sauce?
For a paper I'm writing. Any verifiable information is greatly appreciated!

1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger, fresh, minced
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 1/2 c. chicken broth, hot
1 tbsp. MSG (monosodium glutamate) optional


Note: msg is what "Accent" cooking spice is.
