The containers of egg product (like Eggbeaters) is an egg white product. It has coloring added but it is pretty much all whites.
So the easiest thing to try would be an omlette made with egg beaters. If you like that then a regular omlette. Then scrambled eggs.
But why would you force yourself to eat something that you didn't like? If you have tried eggs and still don't like them there are lots of other breakfast items to eat.
(There are scrambled eggs in most Fried Rice dishes.)
get a couple zucchini ,slice them rather thin , beat 6 eggs in a bowl add a little salt and pepper to them , in a skillet add a little oil enough to coat the bottom of the skillet, arrange the zucchini slices in 1 layer turn the stove on and cook them until translucent do no stir , add the eggs and let it cook until it looks dry , poke holes to let the uncooked egg go to the bottom, flip the omelette into a plate and return to the pan cook for another minute or less it should look on the golden side , place into a plate and cut into wedges, serve with a salad or in a bread .
You can just buy egg whites, they have them at your local supermarket in a container that looks similar to a milk carton. They will either say egg whites or egg beaters.
and to answer your question you might like an egg mcmuffin sandwhich. Recipe here: http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals…
If you're just eating egg whites you're not getting the benefits of eggs.Make pancakes and put in an extra egg.Make french toast.Make an omelet with lots of ingredients you do like.
I also don't like eggs but I like them hard boiled or I make French toast
I don't like eggs much either, so I cook my scrambled eggs really well done. It seems to help.
I hate eggs too but I often make 'eggy bread' heres how to make:
get a large bowl, crack 1 or 2 eggs in add a splash of milk, (maybe a quarter of a cup at most)
stir until all mixed in together,
whilst ding this heat up some oil in a frying pan, just a little coating, barely any.
pop 2 sliced of bread into the eggy liquid and turn them so they soak up a good bit of the liquid, but don't leave in too long or the bread will go too soggy and fall apart!
put the bread into the now hot frying pan, like you'd do to make anything else, and turn until brown.
can be eaten with anything, ham, bacon, tomatoes, add a bit of salt to taste.
basically eggy bread tastes like a thick pancake, its really delicious, easy and makes you eat eggs without the horrible taste!
