Answers:

Hi jamie , make your own ,the breakdown is 1/2 lb flour...1oz. baking powder..but because wholemeal is heavy . I would add an extra 1/4 oz ..baking powder...I would be interested in what you are going to make , if you are in an area where its grams etc . the same scenario.. 1/2 kilo..
flour , ...32 gram baking powder , if you are making a damper , baking powder is fine , but if you are making bread , it will have to be yeast

Yes, you can just add the equivalent amounts of the leaveners in self-rising flour which is:

For 1 cup of flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, plus
1/8 teaspoons salt.

Depending on what you are making with this, remember that whole meal flour is a lot heavier than regular all purpose flour, so if you need lightness, you could reduce the flour and add a little cornstarch, by 2-4 Tbs.

you will need to add baking powder and salt.http://baking.about.com/cs/hintsandtips/…

yes you can, but add extra baking powder if it called for it..=)
