Pancake question! help?!


Question: Pancake question! help?
I don't have pancake mix, can i use all purpose flour instead to make pancakes?
what other ingredients can i add to make a super sweet delicious moist pancakes?

1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup dry non-fat milk powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup water

this is for 5 people :)
oh and add chocolate chips if you want :D

Flour, whole milk, an egg. Baking soda will make them fluffy, BUT a good tip is to add half a cup of soda- Sprite or 7UP will do ( not coke, it's too dark). This makes them sweet and moist and adds this very fluffy zing to the panckaes.

Beer does the same thing.
Also, fry them in butter.

2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons butter, melted or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar

Enjoy.................



1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 Tbs sugar,1.2 cup milk , 1 egg (beaten) and 1 TBs oil. Don't beat it too much, just until mixed.

mashing a banana or two into the mix makes them taste really good
