I get these. They're already cooked so you just need to heat them. I like to seer each side in a non stick frying pan sprayed with cooking spray or rubbed with olive or canola oil. these go well with sauerkraut. Once you've browned the steaks, set them aside and put the drained kraut into the same frying pan. Let it brown, tossing it around until it looks brown in spots. This goes well with a side of mashedpotatoess or oven roasted potatoes.

I like to pan fry them just to get hot, about 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
I like to do one or two slices of canned pineapple rings at the same time to get them nicely coloured and when I remove the steaks to rest I do a quick de-glaze add a little water and some of the pineapple juice.
I would serve with mashed potatoes, green garden peas and cauliflower and drizzle the meal with the steak and pineapple juices.
I use a knife and fork. LoL

Ham is already cooked; it just needs heating through, in a fry pan.
You can just boil a few potatoes, or microwave a sweet potato.
Steamed broccoli would be good for colour & crunch.
A nice touch is a broiled tomato half sprinkled with Parmesan.

I either use my George Foreman-type grill or put it in a skillet with a tiny bit of oil, browning a bit on both sides. Then I pour a little liquid (beer or water) in the pan and cover, continue to heat for a few minutes. We usually go for mac and cheese or navy beans, cole slaw, and cornbread.

Brush with oil and grill with pineapple rings and frozen green beans and chips, don't do it too often though!

I pan fry until brown on each side and serve with homemade hash browns and a salad.

i eat it with mashed potatoes and gravy with peas, carrots and corn.

Maybe lima beans and corn with a salad.

I pan fry it. and serve with mashed potato, gravy and vegetables
