What veg can I put with stuffed chicken breast and dauphinoise potatoes?!
I'm making stuffed chicken breast wrapped in pancetta with dauphinoise(not sure on spelling) potatoes for valentines day...well I'm going to try. I'm not sure what veg will go.

Such a fancy dish deserves a really nice veg to go along with it. I agree with Sam, asparagus would be perfect. Or fresh chard quickly stir fried with some mushrooms. Or some beautiful green beans with some pearl onions. It all sounds delicious! Have fun and happy valentine's day.

I would go for some steamed cabbage and roasted parsnips.
