How do I make Crawfish sauce I ate at a crawfish restaurant in Houston,TX?!

Question: How do I make Crawfish sauce I ate at a crawfish restaurant in Houston,TX?
I ordered crawfish at a crawfish/seafood restaurant in Houston,TX a few years back, the restaurant was close by the freeway. I don't remember the name of the restaurant or the location of it. Can somebody help me with the name of the restaurant and the location, please?
I'd also like the recipe to the crawfish sauce that all the crawfish was laying in with the shell's on and everything?

It was so good you could suck off the sauce before you peeled the crawfish.
It had a slightly tiny bit of garlic taste,it pissibly had beer and parsley in it too.

I'd love to have any crawfish sauce recipe to find this one in particular so I can compare and find it,thanks sooo much!
