Uh, no. And cooking them for 15 minutes is rather long, unless you are baking them. Try this, rub a little olive oil on them, sprinkle them with some Montreal steak seasoning, or if you don't have that, use salt and pepper, then get a frying pan really hoot. Cook this skin side up for about 2 minutes, flip them, go about a minute, then turn the temp down, put a lid on them and cook them maybe another 4 minutes. It's a little rare inside, which most people like.
Personally, I can't stand salmon but i cook it all the time for my family.
