Anyone know any good Puerto Rican recipes?!

Question: Anyone know any good Puerto Rican recipes?
My Spanish class is making Puerto Rican food for our school's Multicultural Day Fair in a couple of months. We're trying to find Puerto Rican recipes to make for it. Does anyone know any good ones? It has to be easy and cheap to make, and can't have any seafood in it. If anyone could recommend any and give me links it would be appreciated. Thanks!

the first "puerto rican" food i ever ate was beans and rice with fried chicken...and, i LOVED it! and it's simple to make---you can either go to the supermarket and buy goya brand dried red beans (the recipe is on the bag) or go to www.goya.com. i always find really good foods there. i would suggest buying the goya sazon spice packets though....they're a lifesaver! they make everything taste better!

my friend likes to make empanadas (*spelling?). they are another good puerto rican dish. you can probably find the recipes for them on google...

hope this helps...
