how do i make hot dogs like at school?!
the ones in school look nasty and soggy when i bit them it taste so good and its pink on the inside so is it like deep boiled?

Chances are they just boil them in hot water until they expand & float.
You can also put a steamer top on the pot & steam the buns at once.
they're definitely boiled, probably over-boiled, if you want the same taste!
