What is the simplest way of cooking beef heart?!
I've never had beef heart and I need to cook it tonight before it spoils. I don't want to go all over town to get 20 different ingredients so can some one tell me the way to cook it with the minimum requirement for ingredients?

trim fat and veins and place in pot with bay leaf and peppercorns boil until tender slice and serve with gravy also great cold sliced thin for beef sandwiches and great for hot beef sandwiches. It is also great cooked slow in slow cooker over night with a cup of water or red wine,
