4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
4 slices Swiss Cheese
? cups White Wine or chicken broth
? cups Melted Butter

Wash, pat dry and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Add Swiss cheese to the chicken....

Hope this helps..It is the easiest recipe I know...

Good luck.........

Mix soup and wine and spread over the chicken

One way is to roast it in the oven with whole fresh carrot in a roasting pan with some chicken broth, unsalted butter, onion, rosemary and thyme. Add a little white wine, if you like, with a little salt and pepper if your chicken broth is unsalted. cover and cook on 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or so depending on your oven. The longer you cook the whole chicken breast the more tender they become even if you keep them baking a few hours, when they are done they will just shred. It is according to your taste.

I don't know your preferences for seasonings, so I'll let you make your own choice... If not cooked properly, chicken breast can turn out dry, stringy and tough. The best ways to cook them so that they turn out moist, tender and flavorful are...
Roasting or baking
poaching
Steaming
Sauteing
Deep Frying
Grilled Chicken Breast cook in 8-10 minutes.
Poached breast cook in 15 minutes.

Hold the cooked chicken in the refrigerator no longer than 3-4 days.
