Question: Do any of you like veal or chicken parmigiana?

I love that stuff.

Yummy-yum. As a kid, I liked Breaded Veal as well. Oh great, now I'm hungry.

I love veal, but not in the parmigiana style. More in a garlic lemon, shallot, caper, white wine sauce.

So do I, usually I use chicken.
