Any simple yet tasty recipes for Valentine's day cooking?!

Question: Any simple yet tasty recipes for Valentine's day cooking?
Since eating out will be a problem and cost even more $$$ than normal, I'd rather cook at home, but the problem is, I got out from work around 6 plus and from the time I reach home till the preparation of the meal will take me around 2 hours (depending on the recipes), which means around 9pm then we get to eat?

So, any simple/nice recipes to share and at the same time, will not take up so much time? :)

Thanks!

Cook fettucine according to package directions. Meanwhile, prepare Alfredo sauce according to package directions.
In a large skillet, saute' the crab, scallops and shrimp in butter for 2-3 minutes or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink. Stir into Alfredo sauce; season with garlic powder. Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until thickened. Drain fettucine; top with seafood mixture.

T-Bone Steak with Bacon-Mushroom Sauce (2 servings - total time: 26 minutes)

2 bone-in beef t-bone steak (1 lb.); 1 inch thick, 5 slices bacon; cut into 1/4-inch pieces, 1 (1/2 lb.) package sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 cup A-1 Original Steak Sauce, 1/4 cup dry sherry or water, 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill steaks 7-8 minutes on each side or to medium doneness. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon, steak sauce, sherry and sugar. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve steaks topped with mushroom sauce.
(TIP: serve with a whole wheat roll and a steamed vegetable such as asparagus. substitute porterhouse steaks for the t-bone steaks. cook steaks under the broiler instead of on the grill.)
