How to make chocolate Roses.?!
Okay so i have gone through 30 dollars worth of chocolate, getting flustered. I know you do not want the chocolate about 100 degrees you need corn syrup and chocolate( i used Hershey bars) but i can not get it to look like the consistancy of the people online who show how to make it. my "plastic" comes out dry and barely barely runny. If i leave it out, and i go back to it later it just crumbles in my hands. So what am i doing wrong and what should it look like before i let it sit for hours? P.S. if it helps im making chocolate roses i do not want to buy them.
