Answers:
I wouldn't cook it from frozen, because the temperature won't be even throughout. The best thing to do is thaw it (best way is in the refrigerator - takes about 6-8 hours. Or you could thaw it in the microwave, using the defrost setting.)
Once the chicken is thawed out, it should only take about 20 minutes to cook it on the grill. Although I prefer mine cooked a bit longer (25-30 minutes).
w/ skin & bone.... I would put the chx in some water and do what you can to thaw it as much as you can before putting it on the Foreman. I have one. Have tried to use frozen chx, and ended up with burnt on the outside, raw on the inside. If time is an issue. Cook the outside on the Foreman to your liking, throw it in the microwave for a min. or 2, or 3 (I'd do 1 min at a time) to cook the inside. Or nuke it to "almost done" then put it on the grill for the outside.
I would say that you should thaw the chicken before cooking it in the grill.
You could do that in a microwave. Then cook the thigh in your Forman grill and when the juices are no longer pink, just golden, it's done. You will be able to tell.
you cant cook a chicken thigh with a bone in on a George foreman, it it has to be filleted it will never cook. defrost it and cook in oven.
your in luck, they call me George Foreman cuz im sellin everybody grills. although i don't know anything about the products i sell. just put it on their, when it doesn't give you e-coli then its done
I would put it in the microwave and let it get thaw then brush cooking oil on the grill and put it on the grill about 30 mins till it smells like its cooked.
You have to take the "e" out before cooking
i would take about 20 minutes, to make sure its well cooked though
