Can you bake paper in cupcakes?!
like to put a paper note in the cupcake? will it disappear in the cupcake. or i don't know how it goes, if you can what are the steps?

no you cant, you'll burn your house down and die a painful horrible death.
It will not hold up. if you want to put a note in the cupcake take the cooled cupcake and take a knife and make a slit in the cupcake and slip the note in. =)
That is probably a bad idea. The writing on the note is likely not to be readable after cooking and the ink could get into the cake which may have some bad side effects :)
