what would be good to put on top of a raspberry cheesecake?!

Question: What would be good to put on top of a raspberry cheesecake?
I am experimenting in tech at school but im not sure what i can put on top of a raspberry cheesecake without it tasting bad. I think white chocolate is a good idea but i dont know how to add the white chocolate to the top of the cheesecake without ruining the dish.

Have you got any ideas?

You can melt the chocolate either white or regular chocolate in the microwave put in a small plastic bag snip the comer and slowly drizzle across the cheese cake you can also swirl it making designs

If you want to do white chocolate which would be amazing, I suggest you just using shavings of the chocolate piled on top. Get a good quality white chocolate like Lindt and use a regular peeler to shave the chocolate. The higher quality chocolate, the longer and curlier the shavings are. =)

You could put white chocolate shavings or milk chocolate shavings. You could put whole or chopped raspberries. You could try raspberry jam or whipped cream. There are heaps of good examples on google images. Now I want cheesecake =)

You could shave some white chocolate onto the cake with a vegetable peeler. I think white chocolate would work great!

Grate it or curl it

Maybe add a mint leaf for deco
