I just bought Cambodian seasoning - named 'Kuruun' 30 minutes ago.
(Am I right? I don't know its corret name. Sorry.)
They made it up there, so it is still warm.

I have some questions.

1. Do I have to store this in refridge?
Now I am traveling, so I can't use refridge right now.

2. Do I have to dry this? or it doesn't matter as it is?
Somebody tell me how to store this.

3. How long can I have this if I store this in refridge?
If it is not stored in refridge, it will be rotten quickly? (How quickly?)

The closest thing I could find was Chee Korhom, which is a type of basil which they must have made into some kind of paste. If it is just a chopped herb, it would last longer if you dried it. If they mixed in other ingredients, your safest course would be refrigeration. Since the product was freshly made, it would not contain the usual preservatives and I wouldn't keep it more than a week. Sorry, I couldn't be more help, but I have no idea what this seasoning contains.

Perhaps you should edit your answer to state what type of dishes it is used in and hopefully you will get better answers. Also, you can check the website under "Sources" below and maybe you will find something that looks like your Kuruum.
