If I cooked roast beef two weeks ago and froze it ...?!

Question: If I cooked roast beef two weeks ago and froze it ...?
Could I take it out of the freezer now and cook it or would I have to defrost it for a day first?

Is it just the equivalent of a frozen ready meal/ It is a beef piece and gravy and carrots and potato?

Answers:

Whether it needs defrosting or not depends on how thick it is.
If it is just slices of roast beef, it will be fine, if it was a very thick steak or a joint, then you would have to defrost it.

Make sure that it is thoroughly cooked all the way through.
Do not just heat it up.

I would pop it in an oven safe pan with a lid (such as a dutch kettle) and reheat it at 350 for 1 hour.

Remember Swanson tv dinners. The made a lot of money selling the same thing. Just heat it and eat it.
