It depends on what the 14 oz are.

If it's small portions of an ice cream, pudding, etc... it would be enough for about 4. Ounces is a unit of weight, so it really depends what kind of food it is.

Fluid oz is 30 ml.

That means a gallon(of milk =~ 3.8 L) is approx 127 oz.
