Cooking Classes near Middleburg Heights Ohio?!

I am looking for cooking classes I can take in the summer. I am in college, but I don't want it to be like a cooking course where you are tested and what not. I would just like to learn some skills in the kitchen and how to prepare things like fresh salmon, lobster, the proper techniques and what not.

Any ideas?
