Question: Do you know any good chicken breast recipes?
Well im 16 so idnt want an advance recipe. i just want a really easy but yummy recipe using chicken breast. i need to serve 6 people. i want it to have a really good flavor. i also need a sidedish maybe rice or noodles? someone help me?(:

This is a super fast, really simple, and really easy recipe for chicken breasts. It's called Santa Fe chicken. You can make it in like half an hour. good luck! :)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the flour and chili powder on a plate. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

Add the soup to the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Top the chicken with the cheese.

butterfly the chicken breast or leave uncut pan fry with a splash of oil and a knob of butter season with cracked black pepper and salt,when golden put on a tray ready to go through oven.
fry some fine dice onions with some nice mushrooms wild/oyster/chestnut or a mixture then add a good splash of cheap white wine then some double or whipping cream and reduce until slightly thick and velvety maybe add some tarragon or other soft herbs or just use mixed dried herbs.season and adjust taste texture if thick thin down with water or wine.
Serve with some grilled pancetta bacon or crispy lardons of bacon or a grilled piece of parma ham.
Do some small roast potaoes{parmentier} with thyme or rosemary in and a good spinkle of paprika serve with a mixture of seasonal veg or some saffron rice.

*** Chicken with corn flakes ***

It may sound strange but it is simple. You can make a crust for the chicken, not with flour or bread, but with corn flakes!

* 2 chicken breasts
* 4 tsp. sweet Dijon mustard
* 2 tablespoons honey
* ? teaspoon curry
* 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
* 2 cups corn flakes

Chop the chicken breasts diagonally into oblong pieces.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: mustard, honey, lemon, curry and pepper. Dive the chicken pieces and leave for at least 20 minutes to marinate and absorb the flavors. Ideally leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Pour the corn flakes in a bowl and rub with your hands to crumble. They don’t need to be completely smashed, that is why you do not put them in the blender. Dip one by one the pieces of chicken in the corn flakes and place them on the grill grate. Grill for 8 minutes on each side. They must be browned but not burnt. If not in the grill they can be baked in the oven but in this case they need a little more time, about 30 minutes at normal heat. You can serve with vegetables or use them as filling, which along with a dip will build a super sandwich!

Easy Oven fried chicken:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat chicken in a mixture of 2 tsp. salt and 2 cups flour.
Then, coat chicken in a mixture of 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk.
Last, coat chicken in a mixture of 1 whole roll of Ritz crackers and paresly as desired.
prep pan with butter. Lay chicken breasts on the pan.
Cover with more butter (1/2 cup)
Bake for 50 minutes, or till cooked thoroughly.
Serve with mashed potatoes.

EASY CHICKEN BREASTS

6-8 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
Slices of bacon
8 oz. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Onion salt
A touch of curry powder
1 jar mushrooms

Wrap chicken breasts with slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup, mushrooms and seasonings. Pour over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.



chicken enchillada casserol. cube six chicken breasts and fry them in a pan. while they are cooking. in a bowl combine two cans cream of chicken soup and one can cream of mushroom soup. add two cups of sour cream. stir until evenly mixed. once your chicken is fully cooked. place the chicken in a bowl. add a little less than half of your soup and sour cream mixture to the chicken. add three cups of mexican blend shredded cheese. mix it all together. add half a small jar of jalapenos. mix again until well blended. take two packages of flour tortillas place a couple spoonfuls of your chicken mixture in the tortilla. fold and place in baking dish once all the mixture is used and you have all of your tortillas in the baking dish. top with the rest of your sauce mixture. cover the dish with a lid or tin foil. bake at 325 for one hour. add one more cup of cheese right at the end and bake till bubbling and hot!
