You may use my recipe for cream of tomato soup.

Heat a pan full of milk, add about a teaspoon of baking soda, pour in a can or two of chopped tomatoes and add salt n pepper to taste. It is an old family favorite. I have never seen it in any cookbooks. Enjoy.

mac and cheese with a bechamel sauce, that's what I make when I have a lot of milk. I plan on making lasagna tomorrow, spinach lasagna with a white bechamel sauce topped with sliced tomatoes.

I made mac and cheese yesterday with broccoli, my husband bought so much milk this week for some reason lol-oh well it's been good eats!!

Hot chocolate, chowders, grits, boiled cauliflower, gravy, cream sauce, white sauce, mac and cheese. BUT, as long as it's cold, milk is usually good for at least a week after the date on the carton! It'll smell odd if it's going bad.

Potato soup, clam chowder, any kind of bisque, hot chocolate or cold for that matter, milque toast
cheese, milkshakes, sausage gravy, bread&butter pudding.

Cereal? Milkshakes? Hot chocolate?
