Meat proportion help please?!
Okay, so I was just wondering what 3 oz of meat looked like. And how big 100 grams of pork ribs looked like... anyone have pointers?

3 oz of meat is about the size of a deck of cards

A quarter pound hamburger is fairly small, and that is 4 ounces. If you're in America, you need to read American recipes. Recipes in grams must be European or South American.

One medium size egg is 2 oz
One medium size is 45 grams
