Question: Can i please have the perfect maccaroni & cheese reciepe?

This is my favourite Macaroni Cheese recipe:

300g Macaroni
750ml Milk
50g Unsalted Butter (& extra to grease oven dish)
50g Plain Flour
Bay Leaf
175g Strong Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
50g Parmesan (Grate it just before use, not ready grated from shops)
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
Salt & Pepper (To taste)

1. Preheat oven 200oc.
2. Grease oven dish.
3. Cook macaroni.
4. Heat milk in a pan then transfer it into a jug.
5. Melt butter in a pan.
6. Add flour to melted butter stirring well with a wooden spoon.
7. Add 1/4 of the milk and whisk.
8. Gradually add rest of milk whisking all the time.
9. Add bay leaf.
10. Bring to boil then turn down heat.
11. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occassionaly.
12. Add grated cheddar. Give it a good stir.
13. Pour into oven dish.
14. Grate parmesan over the top.
15. Put in oven till golden.

(If in a hurry, grill till golden, instead of putting in oven)

to make the perfect mac and cheese, learn to make a really good bechemel sauce (basically a roux with milk added as the liquid element to thin it), then slowly mix in cheese to make a creamy mornay sauce (cheese sauce).

one tip is to add a touch of powdered mustard for a nice sharpness to the mac and cheese.

then just fold that into some cooked noodles to make a great mac and cheese.



Ingredients : 1) cup half-boiled macroni,1 tea spoon pepper,pinch of salt,1 cup grated cheeze(processed or mozzerela), some oil,tomato ketchup,1 cup mushrooms

Method:
Take a pan,heat oil on medium flame add the half-boiled macroni and mix gently.
add the mushrooms and pepper and mix
ADD the tomato ketchup and a pinch of salt and gently mix
Finally add the cheeze and heat for a minute till the cheeze is melted. server hot with fresh mint

Here is a twist to an old favorite

1 stick butter
1 brick yellow Cheddar
1brick creme cheese
1/4 cup milk
3/4 pound pasta i prefer penne
1/4 cup parm cheese

grate chedder cheese and put to side
soften butter and creme cheese til u can wisk it. add milk and re wisk till smooth
cook pasta al dante
drain pasta well add to cheese mixture
with large spoon fold till all pasta is covered
now add 1/2 of chedder while mixing gently
pour into greased cassarole dish
top with remaining cheese

bake at 350 untill cheese is bubbly and begining to crisp slightly

salt and pepper to taste

NO... LOL! they are all so different. You need to learn to make a white sauce, a nice thick one and then decide what kind of cheeses you are going to use and what type of pasta, spices? etc.

Go to the food network and check out Bobby Flay's recipes as well as Mario Batali and Rachel Ray's recipes. It depends on what you like.

Just think outside of the box - the kraft box.



Try finding some recipe's on food sites. These sites also provides new ideas.



I think you can't.



Try using food network only this will help you a lot.
