Looking for a good crock pot recipe for chicken breasts?!

Question: Looking for a good crock pot recipe for chicken breasts?
I'm just looking for something simple that can be served over rice or pasta, and will cook in 5 or 6 hours. I've tried several from cookbooks that never taste all that great. Do you have a recipe that your family likes?

I'm so out of ideas for dinner.

I have actually gotten this recipe chosen as best answer before, so hope that you like it as well.

Take 4-6 chicken breasts, uncooked, and place in crockpot. Add 1 large can cream of chicken soup, a little salt and pepper, and let it cook for 6 hours on low. It is wonderful served over rice, noodles, or even mashed potatoes.

I actually like to use the cream of chicken with herbs, it lends a wonderful flavor. Last time I made it I used a small can of cream of chicken, and a small can of cream of mushroom, and it was great. I have also mixed in about 1/3 cup sour cream for a little variation. I am sure you could experiment with the cream soup base and come up with something you and your tastebuds think is great too!!

I also like to sometimes add a little garlic powder with the salt and pepper for more flavor.

Crock pots and slow cooking are best with fatty cuts that have plenty of collagen and connective tissue. Things like stews and chili. Chicken breasts are too lean and don't need a long cooking time.

place in crock pot with cup of white wine and a tin of mandarine oranges. cook and serve on rice or noodles , thicken juice with corn starch on top of stove after removing chicken and serve over top.

Use a stove or over for an hour - better for Chicken breasts which go dry easily.
