Regular sugar or brown sugar?!

If it's the coconut pecan frosting, brown sugar.

Both ways are good, it does not matter a bit as all you taste is the chocolate and the coconut. I love it either way and have done it both ways and with half white and half brown as well. It just does not matter. Brown sugar gives the icing a little darker golden color.

I like brown sugar better, but you could always try a miniature batch and see for yourself!
