Can you make 'fairy cakes' with no eggs?!

Question: Can you make 'fairy cakes' with no eggs?
I'm 14 and my school are doing a cake sale for comic relief.
It's nearly 7pm and the closest shop near me is closed, its dark, cold and my mum doesn't drive so we cant go to the big supermarket to buy them.
The cakes are being sold tomorrow.
Can i make some little cakes with no eggs? And use a bit more water instead, since it's only a binding ingredient to add a little more structure. But since they're going to be in cake cases, they don't need much structure.
I will also be adding vanilla essence.
Will this be okay?
Thank you!

Answers:

you can get a recipe for an eggless cake, but just adding more water to a normal recipe won't work

i don't think you can, maybe, but i'd use milk instead of water as a substitute. good luck anyway, might as well try it!

you could try looking up some vegan cupcake recipes.....
