What can I stuff a chicken with?!

Question: What can I stuff a chicken with?
Can you stuff a chicken with an orange? Or some onion?
Trying new flavors :)

Answers:

I often fill the chicken cavity with aromatics. Carrot, onion, orange or lemon, apple, herbs, and salt/pepper, of course. Such a filling isn't for eating, but it does flavor the chicken nicely and keeps it very moist.

I have found the best things to stuff chicken with are

sundried tomatoes
soft cheese
black pudding (you must try this its really good)
haggis

As for onions and orange, you can stuff chicken with anything you want.
Im not sure that orange would go too well with chicken, Orange is better with more rich meat like duck or pigeon.
Onion would be nice i guess, i would try dicing up your onion, caramelize it and mix it with some soft cheese, then stuff the chicken with that i think that would be quite nice.

But really its trial and error. Chicken breast is reletivley cheap so if its not nice, your not loosing out on too much money.
