when making raison bread...?!
I am using a sunbeam breadmaker and it doesnt have the "beeP' to add the fruit and stuff so when do I add the raisons? somewhere said 10 mins or so before the last kneeding but when is the last kneeding?

I toss everything in to begin with so that fruit, whether raisins or other dried fruit can plump up a little before the kneading starts. then I can go outside and do things rather than stick around in the house.
