Answers:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
light cream
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.
Kahlua is only 20% alcohol...Probably can't get drunk on Kahlua...but the vodka yes....

I use one part Kahlua or Kapali, three parts vodka, and three parts milk, but it's fairly strong that way. You can use cream or half and half but it just adds fat. Kahlua is mostly syrup, and I wouldn't drink more than a couple sips by itself.
