Question: What are some good veggies or spices to add to lamb korma?

Okay so I’m just making lamb korma using those sauces in a jar, but I want to add more than just onions and lamb, I want a big chunky meal full of veggies and stuff. Also, any nice spices I could add? I dont want to make it hot spicy, just flavoursome. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
