Things that go good with cinnamon or vanilla without loads of sugar or carbs?!

I always sprinkle cinnamon on my apple slices as a snack, add it to my oatmeal (sometimes stir it in while it's cooking), add a sprinkle to coffee or hot cocoa (always homemade, never from a mix). It's also good on homemade sweet potato fries (cut some up & coat them in a bit of oil & spices... bake for about 25 minutes at 400F, flipping once).
My aunt makes a homemade "potpourri" by putting some cinnamon in a pot of water and letting it simmer on the stovetop for a couple hours. The whole house ends up smelling amazing!
Another of my favourite snacks is a piece of toast lightly buttered & then topped with a tiny bit of brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon... delish!
