A good bread to serve with shrimp bowls?!

Question: A good bread to serve with shrimp bowls?
I will be making bang bang shrimp for my MIL b-day.She LOVES this shrimp so I thought I would make it for her.I also thought that a nice toasted bread would be nice with it as well. What do you think?Any good bread suggestions if so?

The "shrimp bowls" will be romaine lett, tom, red onion, guacamole, roasted corn, black beans and pinto, salsa, jack cheese, sour cream and hot sauce then topped with the bang bang shrimp. It will all be served on top of a fresh cilantro rice.Do you think the bread may be too much?
I also made homemade chocolate and caramel brownies with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

You've been busy!! Why use bread? Perhaps some Nachos would be better? You could even make your own, and if you have a good market nearby, you can by some flavored ones to use, and mix the colors for a nicer presentation. If your stuck with using bread, I suggest any good Italian bread, but cut into croutons, and toasted. Serve those on-top of the dish. This will add some additional texture as well. Anything crispy would work here, I suggest.

Buy a baguette, cut into slices, bake in oven with olive oil on top or cut and leave soft inside and crunchy on outside.
