How do I make garlic dip (for potato wedges etc)?!

Question: How do I make garlic dip (for potato wedges etc)?
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me - I really want to make a garlic dip, like the kind you get from pizza deliveries (pizza hut, dominos) and wondered if anyone had any recipes? I've tried lots of different recipes but none if them have tasted right! Thanks a lot guys!

Answers:

I like a 50/50 combination of yoghurt & sour cream as a base.
Roast a garlic bulb in a 350F oven until softened.
Slice across whole bulb & squeeze flesh into creamy base.
Whip together until smoothly blended.

3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley

Directions
1.In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and dried parsley. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for full flavor.

2 lg. garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 lb. butter
Few drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
Stir all till creamy

mayonnaise mixed with garlic puree and chopped chives.
