Starch- Potato, rice, pasta, bread (any types)
Vegetable- Corn, squash, green beans, lettuse, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, celery, tomato and onion
Common commodities- all spice and herbs, sugar, flour, salt, milk, cheese, cream, egg, cream cheese, butter milk, cherries, blueberries, strawberries
